1. Go to the Triangle Tower in the western Jakundaf Desert. If the wall is closed, pull the lever out in the desert to open the entrance.
2. Climb the stairs floor by floor past skeletons, ghouls, demon skeletons and stalkers.
3. On the fourth floor the box holds a bag with a Garlic Necklace, a Dwarven Ring and 2 small sapphires. The basement has a teleporter that leads outside.
