1. Go down into the catacombs below the Ghostlands and the Isle of the Kings (see the White Raven Monastery Quest for the way in) and on down to the level 60 gate.
2. Behind it lie the seven seals, each with its own task: two switches that open magic walls, the pearl seal (a white and a black pearl), the blood seal, and others guarded by demon skeletons, ghosts, warlocks and banshees.
3. After the last seal, talk to the Banshee Queen (she only tells level 60 characters about the seventh seal).
4. Go down the stairs to the treasure room (dragon lords, giant spiders and banshees): the six chests hold Boots of Haste, a Giant Sword, a Tower Shield, a Stealth Ring, a Stone Skin Amulet and 100 platinum coins.
