1. Use the hollow rock close to the Desert Dungeon entrance to get Key 4055.
2. Dig open the Desert Dungeon entrance, go down to the bottom (spiders) and work your way west, up past the library, and rope up twice.
3. Head south and up once more, then south-east to the locked door and a fire devil: the quest box holds a bag with Panpipes, 2 small amethysts and a Power Ring. Leave through the Desert Dungeon exit teleport.
