1. Dig open the middle grave north-east of Rookgaard with a shovel and go down.
2. Fight past spiders, skeletons and rotworms, cross the poison gas and search the corpses for Key 4603.
3. Unlock the door, find the hidden lever behind the north pillar and loot the corpses at the end for the Katana and a Viking Helmet.
